No joke here, this is just a bright, chocolaty concoction for the smart-thinking, deep-drinking, good-at-their-game-in-the-morning crowd. This blend brings the aroma of sweet syrup, vanilla bean, and stone fruit with flavor notes of sugar cane and milk chocolate with a honeyed berry body. Our coffee is certified kosher, fair trade, and USDA organic. Contains one 10 oz. Bag of smart-ass coffee grounds. In 1996, in the rocky mountain town of Invermere, b.c., Canada, Elana Rosenfeld and Leo Johnson began roasting coffee in their garage. Some days they got down to their skivvies to beat the heat. Some days they balanced babies on their hips. Every day found them experimenting with the best methods to make kick-ass coffee.
